      Trailhead Coffee Roasters

      With our second run of the Espresso Chocolate Bar we continued to work with Trailhead Coffee Roasters. With this batch, we paired their Classic Espresso Blend with a 50/50 blend of our cacao from the Tumaco region in Colombia and a new bean we've been working with from forest edge communities surrounding the Gola Rainforest National Park in Sierra Leone.

    Upper Left Coffee Roasters

    With our third run of the Espresso Chocolate Bar we collaborated with Upper Left Coffee Roasters. With this batch, we paired their Kenya with our beloved Chulucanas from Peru. The coffee and cacao have a savory element that work well together.
